Fair Chance

Fair Chance is an initiative that is designed to give disabled people in Barnsley assistance to improve their situation and have more control over their life.

Our objective is to assist you in a way that motivates you and inspires others like you to achieve similar results.

We aim to support you to achieve the personal goals which you feel would enhance the quality of your life. The goals some of our existing clients have been helped with are completing courses, meeting new people, trying voluntary work or ultimately getting into paid employment. The goal is up to you, the help is up to us.

We believe that the way forward is to promote your positive potential by bringing together various organisations within the Barnsley area including Social Services, Disability Employment Advisers, Day Centres and Employers.

It is this diversity of resources that we believe will help immensely with pooling our resources, knowledge, ideas and skills to offer a service with dedication, commitment and wholehearted support to all of our clients.

Our advisers are here to help you to achieve your goals, offer support and advice on employment, offer benefit advice and ensure that you are seen as the valued member of the community you are entitled to be.
